Why Est8 exists

Built for the agent in the car, not the manager buying another dashboard.

Est8 exists because most real estate software is purchased for oversight and abandoned by the people who have to use it. We are building the operating layer that agents will actually keep open.

Follow-up

5 min

New lead reply target built into the product.

Setup

1 afternoon

Import contacts and run Est8 alongside your current CRM.

Audience

3-20 agents

The pilot is designed for working agencies, not solo experiments.

Operating thesis

Make CRM invisible enough that agents keep using it.

01

Capture

Lead follow-up starts automatically so agents do not need to remember the first move.

02

Coordinate

The copilot updates notes, statuses, and next steps while agents are in motion.

03

Report

Managers finally get visibility without chasing the team for pipeline updates.

That is the product direction behind every Est8 decision: less admin, faster follow-up, cleaner visibility.

Origin

Est8 started with a blunt question.

Why are agents still stitching together leads, listings, and follow-ups from spreadsheets, sticky notes, WhatsApp threads, and CRMs that nobody wants to update?

We have worked closely enough with real estate teams to see the pattern: the software is usually bought by management and tolerated by agents.

That creates a false adoption loop. The CRM looks complete on day one, then turns into stale records two weeks later because agents are back on their phones and in their own notes.

Est8 was designed to break that loop by meeting agents where they already work: fast, conversational, and mobile-first.

What we believe

Three product constraints keep us honest.

If a feature fails one of these, it does not belong on the roadmap.

Adoption before reporting

Manager visibility matters, but it only matters if agents keep feeding the system. We prioritize agent behavior first.

Migration without drama

Est8 is built to run alongside an existing stack so teams can switch without a two-month rewrite of their operations.

AI that removes admin

We are not adding AI for theater. Every AI workflow must save manual follow-up, note-taking, or coordination time.

How it works

Two layers, one operating system.

Agents get a conversational interface that can update work as they move. Managers get a clean overview of what is actually happening in the pipeline.

For agents

  • Ask for the hottest leads this week.
  • Update a contact or schedule a follow-up in plain language.
  • Open a morning brief instead of manually rebuilding priorities.

For managers

  • See deal momentum without chasing agents for updates.
  • Track pipeline health across branches and teams.
  • Review where follow-up is slipping before deals cool off.
Pilot access

If your last CRM turned into dead records, Est8 is the counter-proposal.

We are working with agencies that need better follow-up discipline and cleaner visibility without retraining the whole team.
